Two-story, one bedroom duplex cabin with fully appointed kitchenette, gas grill on deck overlooking the river.  King bed upstairs and queen sleeper sofa with gas fireplace in living room. (1 - 4 guests)

* Riverview and Columbine have a connecting door which may be opened to accommodate larger groups.

CHIPMUNK
Cozy & delightful studio in attached cabin with gas fireplace, queen bed & fully equipped kitchenette.  Rustic yet totally today - steps to the river with covered porch & gas grill on the deck. (2 guests)

HUMMINGBIRD
Oozing with charm, this two-story attached cabin has two queen bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped kitchenette and a gas fireplace in the living room with a queen sofa sleeper. Large deck with gas grill & covered porch just off the river's edge. (1-6 guests)

BLUESPRUCE
In true Colorado style this two-story, one bedroom, one bath attached cabin has a queen bed as well as a twin upstairs. Step through the fully appointed kitchenette to the living room with gas fireplace & queen sleeper sofa. Serve dinner hot off your gas grill as the river rushes by your deck. (1 - 5 guests)

ASPEN
Overlooking the river this two-story, one bedroom and bath attached cabin has a queen bed and twin upstairs. The living room boasts a new gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchenette and a queen sleeper sofa. Don't forget there's a gas grill on the deck too! (1 - 5 guests)

PONDEROSA
Rustic freestanding turn of the century cabin with two bedrooms and one bath sporting twin beds in one room and a queen in the second. A vintage fireplace graces the living room with its queen sleeper. The large fully outfitted kitchen and dining nook face the river; secluded but just off the riverbank, your deck has a covered porch and gas grill. (1-6 guests)

BIRDSNEST
Cozy studio with gas stove. A private entrance is nestled next to the wishing well. Don't forget the gas grill on your flagstone patio. Queen bed with full kitchenette and bath. Views of the cliffs and creek.

The Fine Print
Reservations are suggested. However, last minute cabins may become available. If your initial dates are reserved, simply email us if you would like to be contacted in the event of a cancellation - we keep an active waitlist.

Some cabins can accommodate one extra guest. Extra person charge: $20.00 per day (age four and over). All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, views out picture windows that face the river, stone or gas fireplaces, and covered porches or redwood decks. When making reservations, please specify the exact dates of arrival and departure. State & local taxes are not included in quoted prices. Check-in time is between 3 and 6 p.m. or by special arrangement. Check out time is 11 AM.

There is a 2 night minimum for all cabins excluding the Chipmunk, Birdsnest & Creekside. A three night minimum on all Holiday weekends. A 5 night stay is required for groups reserving 3 or more cabins. Groups reserving 3 or more cabins are required to pay a damage deposit of $200 per cabin due at the time balance is paid. Your damage deposit will be refunded to you within 1 week of departure if your cabins, decks and the grounds are left in satisfactory condition. Guests are responsible for payment for all days reserved.

At the O-Bar-O we understand situations arise making cancellations unavoidable.
If your plans change, we will be pleased to make a refund provided we receive at least 21 days notice before your scheduled arrival date or we are able to rebook all cabin nights. A 60 day cancellation notice is required on multiple cabin bookings and for some holidays and special events.There is a $35 handling fee per cabin for all cancellations.  In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 21 (twenty-one) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your cabin(s), a full or partial refund may be made. However, last minute cancellations are difficult to fill as folks reserve stays far in advance.
